why? well...
a.) because i got called out of work
b.) because i know in a matter of minutes i'll be able to recreate this hotness:
no you're eyes are not betraying you -- i officially mastered the oat bran technique.. thanks to you lovely ladies!what's in there: 1/3 cup OB, 1 cup water, 1/2 thinly sliced nana, cinnamon, truvia, raisins. I cooked this over the stove top and at first I was a little concerned because it seriously started smelling like mashed potatos -- which are nice.. but not for breakfast. But, alas -- it was declicious and non-mashed potatoishhh..especially topped with cinnamon raisin swirl.
other eats of the day...
brown cow blueberry greek yogurt with vanilla bean almonds and raisins**lunch was packed up and eaten at work..which, for the record - was a drag and a half..more on that later**
dinner was do0o0ope.
lookie here what i found! nutrition stats
hereI know that the
Amy's veggie burgers are all the rage in blogworld so I thought i'd try 'em out.
wrapped up with cheese, banana peppers, spinach, mustardmad props (as always) to Amy's! this burg was so meaty (twss) and had a smoky flavor that almost reminded me of bbq sauce?! i noticed on the ingredients list that there was molasses in the burger which may be the culprit -- genius, Ames!
what are your favorite veggie burgers? ater din i had a peanut butter smore sundae for dessert..

so.freakin.good!
chocolate pudding with banana slices, crumbled mini smores luna bar, crumbled whole wheat grahams, dark chocolate dreams drizzle, whipped cream garnish. My tastebuds were lovin' this.

so like i said earlier, work yesterday was dead. I don't know why but just recently the fellahz haven't been out -- and if they are, they are not tippin' big time.. I must remember to start wearing my daisy dukes ;). Seriously though, I don't know where all the dudes are at -- there must have been a tractor pull or cow milking contest goin' on that i didnt know about (
reminder: i live in hicksville)
after leaving work with an empty pocket and defeated attitude i hit up the casa for some din then went to Ginge's house to help his madre cook for his sis' grad party today. We whipped up some penne a la vodka, stir fry, ceasar salad, and called it a night. Then Ginge and I watched a little bit of
"There will be blood" which is an awesome movie, regardless of the fact that there's zippo hotties. We didn't finish though 'cause we both were falling asleep so that's on the agenda today -- which is perf. because it's super rainy which means perfect afternoon movie viewing weather. Then, of course, we'll be at his sistahs grad party for most of the day. waho0o0oo!
alright time for breakfast, i got a hot date with a pretty little thannnng named o-bran!
peace out girl scouts!
