nothing like peanut butter and pregnancy tests for lunch ;)!

Don’t worry girls – I’m not preggerz! .. I just happened to eat my lunch today while watching the Maury Show! Oh, there’s nothing like enjoying a hearty lunch while listening to the sounds of “I ain’t yo’ baby’s daddy” and “You ARE the father!”

Speaking of lunch…
now I know PB made an appearance in brekkie this morning but I just couldn’t help myself, I was CRAVING the sweet and salty goodness! Ms. Maple was the star of this show, melting quite nicely over a whole wheat English muffin topped with some slicers of banana + c-rots and what’s that?! The surprise side dish again?! Hm..what could it be!?

I suppose it is time to introduce you to my newest fav. snack…
WINGERS! [these are barbaque flavor]. They are like a healthified version of potato chips but all natural and absolutely delish! AND they are made to look like cute little bbq wings! [hence the name]. I just love these little guys.
a-freakin'-dorable!

After lunch I treated myself to a little yoga sess. Mom caught me in the midst of my plow sequence and needless to say laughed her ass off at the sight of my ear pressure pose. She demanded I reenact it so she could snag a pic and share how ridiculous I looked with my dad:
unfortunately I can't disagree with mom..i look beyond ridiculous - but you better believe it felt fantastic :)

I finished my routine, showered it up, then went out to face the frigid January air (11 degrees ladies..bru-tal!) As I scurried around time I munched on this little pup:
IMapleNUTS about this flavor!! and i didn't even warm it up! That is a sign of true bar love :)

I arrived back just in term for dinner and was welcomed by a nice big plate of mom's good ol' fettuccine alfredo.. Usually fettucini alfredo is WAY too rich for me and I can't stomach it well but mom makes a lighter sauce AND she hads peas to the mix which makes it extra special! yum!

Dessert was an old fav.
chocolate pudding, graham cracker, and cool whip ... never dissapoints :)

I just wanted to thank you all for your positive feedback on my decision to start therapy. You have all truely given me hope that this will be an extremely beneficial step towards recovery. As always, I appreciate all of your kind words and inspiration and am so thankful to have such an incredible support system. You girls never fail to put a smile on my face and I am so fortunate to know each and every one of you! Have a wonderful evening darlings..love you all a buttload :)

I used to watch Maury all the time but then it kinda got repetitive. haha it's pretty amusing though.

The snack looks great, what interesting chips. And I will for sure try the maple nut flavor of the clif bar. Hopefully it's better than the carrot cake.

Cute yoga picture =)

Yay for finally revealing your secret little wingers! They are so cute. Awesome plow pose! Im still trying to figure out how you got in to it exactly...hmm Ill have to do some experimenting! haha =)

I've heard good reviews about the Maple Nut! Glad you enjoyed it. Im also happy you are looking forward to therapy! I know it may seem overwhelming and stressful to begin, and retell your whole ed story/history (trust me, ive retold mine to over 7 therapists in the past year) but it will quickly prove to be the opposite. He/she will help you manage and cope all the things you can't do on your own! Itll be great :)

Enjoy your night! Love ya <3

haha that yoga pose is pretty funny :) it made me laugh!
sorry i missed commenting on your last post but i read it just now and i think therapy is a GREAT idea. i think recovery is an extremely hard thing to do in general and without therapy i cant see how its possible cause ed is about alot more deep issues than food. ive been attending therapy for almost 2 years and im stil recovering and without therapy i know id still be deep in the eds wrath.
those healthy crisps look really yummy :) and that show maury...my god its terrible in a funny way lol.
hun im so proud of the effort your oputting into getting better and im really happy for you making the decision to see a therapist. i cant wait to hear how everything goes. you deserve recovery and to be happy and ed free, your an amazing, beautiful, kind and bubbly girl who deserves a full life.
anyways girlie hope ur having a great wednsday,
love u lots
